Recently, we had the honor of providing our services for Sherley and Javier’s stunning wedding at the iconic Trump National Doral. Here’s a glimpse into how we brought their vision to life.
Custom Lighting and Visual Design
The lighting design was an integral part of creating a magical ambiance for both the ceremony and reception. Collaborating with the talented team at Jesus Event Design, we synchronized our lighting effects with their breathtaking floral arrangements. The reception room featured a cascading palette of colors that changed as guests moved through the space, mirroring the flower arrangements’ hues. This immersive visual experience left everyone in awe.
For the ceremony, we designed a multi-palette lighting setup that enhanced the elegance of the space. Soft, romantic tones set the perfect backdrop for Sherley and Javier’s heartfelt vows.
High-Energy Reception with Ultra Modern DJ Setup
Sherley and Javier envisioned a high-energy party vibe reminiscent of an ultra-modern nightclub. To make this dream a reality, we designed a 26×13 structure of LED panels and an LED DJ booth, placing the DJ front and center on the dance floor. During presentations and dances, we projected soft and subtle visuals, setting a sentimental tone. But once the party kicked off, the energy shifted into high gear with flashing animations and dynamic visuals.
Special Effects That Wow
The party truly came alive with our array of special effects. We used six Sharpy beam moving heads and stage blinders, which were expertly controlled by our on-site lighting technician. These effects highlighted peak moments during the night, creating a vibrant and electrifying atmosphere.
Adding to the excitement, we incorporated cold spark machines, confetti blasters, and the always-popular Hora Loca LED robots. These larger-than-life performers brought an extra layer of fun and energy to the dance floor, ensuring guests were engaged and entertained all night long.
